CLIMATE CHANGE

                   Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It may be a change in average weather conditions, or in the distribution of weather around the average conditions . Climate change is caused by factors such as biotic processes, variations in solar radiation received by Earth. Certain human activities have also been identified as significant causes of recent climate change, often referred to as global warming.

                                     The natural world seems to be deteriorating around us, and it seems to be our fault. We are uncertain about the extent of the deterioration, the means that would reverse it, and the prospects for human life in the future.

ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

                         Christmas?... Christmas is what we are celebrating every year in the 25th of December. Christmas is a very important occasion to us Pilipinos.

                         In this occasion we usually display christmas trees, out some decorations and christmas lights in our house. in this day we usually exchange gifts and give gifts to the person we love. Christmas make every individual happy. Because some enjoys receiving gifts, making carols with their friends, and some who give gifts.

                        For me christmas is the time of giving and sharing of love to everyone. christmas should not only be the christmas trees, decorations that we are putting i our house but it should be the happiness. what important is we give love to each and everyone.

                       I think in this days there are few people who are economically challenge. Those people who don't have the opportunity to have rights because some rich people abused them.

                       Sometimes some economically challenge people have no self confidence in their selves, some can't fight for their rights. They're thinking on what would powerful persons possible do if they will fight for it. Because they knew that, those persons can do a lot of things to fight for themselves. but is it the only rich persons have the rights, how about the poor one's? It doesn't mean that if you are poor you don't have the right now. All of us have the equal rights and equal opportunities. No poor, no rich we are all equal. like in going to school whether you are poor or rich you have te right to study. and so we should not be afraid in fighting for our rights.

                                GOING GLOBAL THROUGH                ENGLISH LANGUAGE

               English language is a universal langauge. We this in communicating with other people.

                                    In this month of October we are celebrating the english month with the theme: Going Global Through English Language. It states that english language were used by all people all over the world. Because this  language is used in cummunicating in other countries. as i said a while ago it is a universal language, because it is known all over the world.

my reflection

               Second quarter is about to end. I have learned many things in this quarter. Creating HTML Tags in the notepad and other else. Third quarter is about to start , other lessons , and other activities to do. I hope that in the next grading i will learn more, because ma'am Evelyn Vera Cruz is a good teacher. :)

                                         Teachers who are they? Teachers are known as our second parents. They are the one's that teach us good things. The one who has been my guide for how many year. The one scolds me and corrects us if we did wrong. 

                           I admire all the teachers because they do their best to teach students even if their students are naughthy. They teach us how to respect others and how that others will respect you. They are always there for you in times of trouble. They always lend their ears to everyone who has problems. Their share their knowledge to us, and I consider that knowledge they taught will be an inspiration to each individuals in finishing their study. they always do their best in doing their duties. I consider my teacher as my hero because they help and protect students in school.

                            We should not forget our teachers because they are considered as a part of our life. Teachers are always in our hearts. They are also one of my inspiration in doing good things and studying hard.

   SAVING MOTHER EARTH

                                  In this month we celebrate the Science Month Celebration with the theme: Unravel the causes, Build the solutions, Empowering science clubbers to action.

                                 Let us solve the causes that destroy our mother earth. build solutions to protect it and empowering science clubbers to make a move in saving and protecting mother earth.

                                 As a student, I will be a good model to my fellow students but not only for them but also for all the people around me. I can help protecting mother earth by simple using the three R's: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Planting trees, separating the wastes:biodegradable and non-biodegradable. I can also encourage my fellow students to use this steps in saving our mother earth. We should not litter plastics anywhere we want we should maintain the cleanliness of our surroundings.

                                Saving mother earth to those who give importance in it. So science clubbers let us save and protect mother earth for the future.

My Modern Day Hero

My Modern Day Hero

                           A hero is someone who did good things for all the mankind. Hero's had a super powers, they helped people anytime when we are in trouble. 

                        
                          Superman, Batman , Wonder woman, Spider man these are some popular hero's who have a super power. But for me, eventhough you don't have any power like superman, batman you can be a hero all the time. The person whom I look up as my hero is my mother. She taught me good things. I consider her as my hero because she did her best to take care and raised me in good hand to become god child. I admire her because of protecting me all the time and giving love to me.
                         
                         We should not forget the hero's , because they are the one's who do their best to protect us. Most importantly, the one's that do not call themselves hero's and are just glad that they could help, protect other people.

"Wika Natin Ang Daang Matuwid"

         Language is so important in all people. But not all of us have the same languages like in America, English is their language but  here in our country, Filipino is our language. We Filipinos should use our own language in a good way, and we should give importance to it because our language reflects Filipino cultures and traditions. We should know our own language in order to communicate wit other Filipinos. We should not forget our own language whenever or wherever we go. We should not be shy in using it and we should be  proud of it.
        Taon-taon ipinagdiriwang ang buwan ng wika sa buwan ng Agosto. Ipinahiwatig nito na dapat huwag natin kalimutan ang ating wika. "Wika natin ang daang matuwid" ang tema ngayon sa buwan ng wika. Dapat nating pagyamanin at paunlarin ang ating wika para matahak ang daang matuwid. Ipinapakita sa tema na dapat huwag nating ikahiya ang ating wika para sa ating kaunlaran. Mahalaga ang wika dahil sa pamamagitan nito naipapahayag mo ang iyong damdamin, at dahil dito nagkakaunawaan at nagkakaisa tayong mga tao.

Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama-sama nating Wakasan

              " GUTOM AT MALNUTRISYON, SAMA-SAMA NATING WAKASAN "        

                         

                           Malnutrition is the condition that results from eating a diet in which certain nutrients are lacking, in excess, or in the wrong proportions. Malnutrition has shown to be an important concern to women, children, and the elderly. It is also a medical condition caused by an improper or insufficient diet, or in a simple word it just mean "bad nutrition."
                        

                           Now a days many people in the Philippines suffering from malnutrition. In this case, poverty is one of the causes why many people are malnourished. Especially those who are lacking on nutritious foods and the children who loves eating junk foods.  This years theme: Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama-sama nating Wakasan , this talks about terminating the one huge problem in the Philippines which are hunger and malnutrition that may cause to death. Because of poverty many parents don't have money to buy nutritious food to their children . With help of the Department of Health, they conduct a monthly "Operation Timbang" among the places who has high rate of malnutrition cases.


                            A parent should know that feeding his or her child is a responsibility that should not be neglected. In order to have a healthy body, people, especially kids, must eat nutritious foods. Everyone should eat more than three times a day. Eating nutritious foods make us healthy.

Dear Mr. President,
                              A very wonderful day sir president ,  I am a student of Ilocos Sur National Highschool . I knew that it is hard to be a president in our country . Leading many people and a very wide place .

                              I just want to say sir president that i am agreeing with the K2-12 Curriculum . It is so good for the students who are incoming in secondary school . This curriculum have many advantages like : If ever the students finish their school they can easily get a job , and it gives different experiences to the students .

                               I wrote you a letter sir because I just want to say thank for all the things you've done in our country now . You  do your best in leading our country and help many people like us . I am so proud of you sir I hope someday I be will like you leading our country peaceful and happy . Thank You Sir .
